ข้าพเจ้ามีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการจัดซื้อ จัดหาวารสาร และขอรับบริจาควารสารอยู่เป็นประจำ สิ่งหนึ่งที่ต้องทำคือ ความเอาใจใส่ในงานที่รับผิดชอบ ความรักในการทำงาน การเข้าใจในธรรมชาติของวารสารของชื่อนั้นๆ ได้รับวารสารมาก็จะพิจารณาตั้งแต่ หน้าปก ถึงหน้าหลังปก ทำให้ทราบว่า วารสารที่ได้รับ คือ Silpakorn University Journal of Social Sciences, Humanities, and Arts (issn :1513-4717)
formerly : Silpakorn University International Journal (issn : 1513-4717)
โดยที่วารสาร Silpakorn University International Journal จัดทำ Vol.1-10 (2000-2010) ต่อมา Vol. 11 (2011) เปลี่ยนชื่อใหม่เป็น Silpakorn University Journal of Social Sciences, Humanities, and Arts (1513-4717)
หลักการทำงานในระะบบ สร้าง บรรณานุกรมใหม่ แต่ยังคงใช้รหัสวารสารเดิม คือ S554
