เมื่อวันเสาร์ก่อน (19 ม.ค. 2566) ได้ดูรายการโทรทัศน์รายการหนึ่ง Thairath Talk เป็นการสัมภาษณ์ดาราคนหนึ่ง ซึ่งให้สัมภาษณ์ว่า กำลังอยู่ในภาวะหมดไฟในการทำงาน มีความรู้สึกว่าไม่อยากทำอะไรแล้ว ไม่ว่าจะเป็นทำงาน การทำงานอดิเรกต่าง ๆ อยากจะอยู่เฉย ๆ ไม่อยากทำอะไรเลย สัญญาณเตือนที่บอกว่าตนเองเริ่มมีอาการนี้คือ หลังจากได้ไปออกงานใหญ่ที่ใคร ๆ ใฝ่ฝันอยากไปออก แต่กลับไม่รู้สึกอะไรเลย ไม่ตื่นเต้น ไม่กลัว ไม่ภูมิใจ รู้สึกเฉยมาก และเมื่อนึกย้อนกลับไปก็พบว่า ก่อนหน้านี้ก็มีความรู้สึกแบบนี้บ่อยมาก เหมือนกับว่าทุกวันนี้ทำงานตามหน้าที่ที่ต้องทำเท่านั้น
