หลายๆ คนมักจะถามว่าทำไมเราถึงไม่เคยวุ่นวายกับเรื่องการทำรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงาน (KPIs) เลย และทุก ๆ ครั้งก็จะตอบกับหลายๆ คนที่มาถามว่า ก็ทำตามตัวชี้วัดที่เขาให้มา 1 2 3 4 5 เขาให้เราทำอะไร ต้องมีเอกสารอะไร เราก็ทำตามที่เขาให้เราทำ เราต้องอ่านตัวชี้วัดของเราให้เข้าใจก่อน ว่าเขาต้องการให้เราทำอะไรบ้าง การที่เราปฏิบัติงานไม่ทันหรือทำรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานไม่ทัน มันขึ้นอยู่กับตัวเราเอง ว่าเราบริหารเวลาอย่างไร ทุกคนมีเวลาเท่ากัน
