ครั้งแรกของการฉีดยาอินซูลีนให้กับมารดาป่วยเป็นโรคเบาหวาน สำหรับการฉีดยาอินซูลีนครั้งแรก อาการสั่น กลัวเข็ม แต่ความจำเป็นต้องฉีดให้กับมารดา ก่อนการฉีดควรเตรียมอุปกรณ์ให้พร้อม ได้แก่ ยาอินซูลีน, เข็มสำหรับฉีดอินซูลีน, แอลกอฮอล์และสำลี เมื่อเตรียมอุปกรณ์พร้อมแล้ว
