เชื่อว่าหลาย ๆ คนคงต้องมีครั้งแรกกับสิ่งใดสิ่งหนึ่งในชีวิต และกับการทำงานก็คงจะมีหน้าที่ใหม่ งานใหม่ ให้พบเจอกันอยู่เสมอ สำหรับจา งานที่ว่าใหม่ในครั้งนี้เป็นการทำ และการปรับปรุง Authority Control นั่นเอง แต่ครั้งแรกนั้นไม่ใช่การเริ่มรอบประเมินใหม่ในครั้งนี้ แต่เป็นตอนปีแรกที่เข้ามาทำงานใหม่ ซึ่งก็ทำเพียงแค่ครั้งเดียวเท่านั้น ยังไม่ได้ทำจริงจังอะไร ซึ่งมาถึงตอนนี้ก็เลือนลางไปบาง จนต้องมาขอความรู้ใหม่กับพี่ ๆ ในงานจัดการทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ โดยหลัก ๆ ที่จาทำก็จะมีการทำ Authority ชื่อผู้แต่ง และ Authority หัวเรื่อง ก่อนอื่นก็ไปทำความรู้จักก่อนว่า Authority Control คืออะไร
