ด้วยเมื่อช่วงเดือนมิถุนายน 2562 ได้มีโอกาสลงทะเบียนเรียนออนไลน์ สำนักงาน ก.พ. เรื่อง เสริมทักษะการเขียนหนังสือราชการ และได้อ่านหนังสือชื่อ หลักการเขียนหนังสือราชการ เพิ่มเติม แล้วทำให้ได้รับความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเขียนหนังสือราชการที่ถูกต้องมากยิ่งขึ้น และขอนำความรู้ที่ได้รับมาทบทวนและแบ่งปันกันต่อนะค่ะ
หลักการเขียนหนังสือติดต่อราชการที่ดี มีหลักการปฏิบัติดังนี้
1.เขียนให้ถูกต้อง โดยเขียนให้ถูกแบบ ถูกเนื้อหา ถูกหลักภาษา และถูกความนิยม
2.เขียนให้ชัดเจน โดยชัดเจนในเนื้อหา ชัดเจนในจุดประสงค์ และกระจ่างในวรรคตอน
3.เขียนให้รัดกุม โดยเขียนให้มีความหมายแน่นอน ดิ้นไม่ได้ ไม่มีช่องโหว่ให้โต้แย้ง
