คำบอกกล่าวของน้องที่อยู่ในทีมงาน พร้อมอธิบายว่า ทำไมถึงต้องคิดจะทำเรื่องนั้น ได้ความว่า ถังน้ำดื่มมีที่บรรจุแก้วกระดาษติดอยู่ด้านข้าง บรรจุได้ครั้งละประมาณ 150 ใบ ซึ่งในแต่ละวันใช้ในปริมาณมาก เมื่อเวลาใช้หมดไป เจ้าหน้าที่ต้องนำมาใส่ให้ใหม่โดยต้องไปเอามาจากห้องเก็บของ บางครั้งหมดก่อนที่เจ้าหน้าที่จะนำมาใส่ ผู้ใช้บริการต้องมาแจ้ง ถ้ามีที่เก็บแก้วสำรองข้างๆตู้น่าจะสะดวกกว่า ความคิดที่ดี สำรวจวัสดุอเปกรณ์ที่มี งานนี้ไม่ต้องลงทุนเพิ่ม จัดการได้เลย แต่ต้องดูดีสวยงามด้วยนะ ผลงานก็ออกมาที่เห็นครับ
