ฐานข้อมูล TCI เป็นฐานข้อมูลที่ศูนย์ดัชนีการอ้างอิงวารสารไทย (Thai-Journal Citation Index Centre) หรือ TCI พัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อการสืบค้นผลงานวิจัยและผลงานวิชาการ รวมถึงข้อมูลการอ้างอิงของบทความที่ตีพิมพ์ในวารสารวิชาการไทย และมีการคำนวณและรายงานค่า Journal Impact Factors ของวารสารวิชาการไทยทีมีอยู่ในฐานข้อมูล TCI
ค่า Impact Factor หมายถึง ความถี่หรือ จำนวนครั้งโดยเฉลี่ย ที่บทความของวารสารได้รับการ อ้างอิง หรือถูกนำไปใช้ ค่า Impact Factor (คำนวณ จากบทความที่ตีพิมพ์ไปแล้วในระยะ 2 ปี หรือ 5 ปี)
