หลายคนคงจะเคยประสบช่วงเวลาที่จมอยู่กับความคิดของตัวเอง ความคิดที่เต็มไปด้วยความกังวล หวาดระแวง สงสัย เศร้า ไม่สบายใจ

ฉันเองก็เป็นหนึ่งในนั้น เคยเป็นคนที่คิดมากและวิตกกังวลหนักขนาดที่กระทบกับการใช้ชีวิตขั้นสุด วันหยุดก็ไม่มีกะจิตกะใจจะทำอะไร วัน ๆ เอาแต่นั่งคิดมาก กลัวว่าเรื่องไม่ดีจะเกิด กลัวอย่างนู้นกลัวอย่างนี้ ทั้งที่ความจริงแล้วทุกอย่างก็ยังดำเนินไปตามปกติของมันอย่างที่ควรจะเป็น

จนฉันเริ่มตั้งคำถามกับตัวเอง ‘จะปล่อยให้ตัวเองเป็นแบบนี้ไปเรื่อย ๆ หรอ มีความสุขหรอที่ตัวเองรู้สึกแบบนี้’ แน่นอนว่าคำตอบชัดเจนอยู่แล้วว่าไม่มีความสุข เครียดที่ตัวเองเครียด เกลียดที่ตัวเองคิดมาก ‘ถ้าไม่ชอบก็ทำอะไรสักอย่างเถอะ ก่อนทุกอย่างจะพัง’ ฉันบอกกับตัวเอง
