ในส่วนของการทำงานเคาน์เตอร์บริการยืม-คืน ฉันคิดว่าเป็นส่วนงานที่ยากที่สุดในหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย รายละเอียดเยอะมาก ตอนที่ฉันเรียนอยู่แล้วเข้ามาใช้บริการห้องสมุดฯ ฉันเคยคิดว่ามันง่าย แต่ก็มีเพื่อนร่วมงานคอยสอนงาน คอยช่วยเหลือ มีสิ่งต่าง ๆ ที่ต้องเรียนรู้อีกเยอะ อาจจะทำผิดไปบ้าง แต่ก็ได้จำเป็นบทเรียนแล้วไม่ทำผิดอีก ยังมีหลายสิ่งที่ยังเรียนรู้ไม่หมด การทำงานบริการยืม-คืน ต้องเรียนรู้การแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า รายละเอียดส่วนต่าง ๆ อีกมากไม่ว่าจะเป็นขั้นตอนการทำบัตรเข้าใช้ห้องสมุด การสร้าง Record ใหม่ การแจ้งหนังสือชำรุด การรับหนังสือบริจาค ซึ่งยังจำได้ไม่หมด วันที่จะต้องอยู่เคาน์เตอร์บริการยืม-คืน คนเดียวครั้งแรก ฉันเครียดมาก กลัวจะทำอะไรผิดพลาด ออกใบเสร็จผิด ลืมปิดนู่นนี่นั่น แต่เพื่อนร่วมงานก็ให้กำลังใจและคอยช่วยเหลือ ไม่แน่ใจ ไม่รู้อะไรทักหรือโทรไปถามได้เสมอ แล้วการอยู่เคาน์เตอร์คนเดียวครั้งแรกก็ผ่านไปได้ด้วยดี นี่ก็เป็นเวลา 9 เดือนแล้วที่ฉันทำงานที่นี่ สามารถอยู่เวรล่วงเวลาคนเดียวได้แล้ว ก็ยังเจอปัญหาเล็ก ๆ น้อย ๆ บ้างประปราย สามารถปัญหาได้บ้างไม่ได้บ้าง ขอบคุณเพื่อนร่วมงานทุกคนที่คอยให้ความช่วยเหลือมาตลอด
